All ticket sales are final. There will be absolutely no refunds provided for tickets under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, personal reasons, delays, event cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the event proceedings.

The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the show at any time and for any reason. Should the event be cancelled, no refunds will be issued, nor will any compensation be provided.

If you engage in the submission of fraudulent disputes, such as unwarranted chargebacks or false claims regarding ticket purchases, we reserve the right to blacklist you as a customer for this and all future events organized by us. This may include barring you from purchasing tickets and attending events that are associated with our organization.

Attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to others and complies with all venue regulations. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for disruptive behavior, without refund or other compensation.

The event organizer, its agents, affiliates, and employees will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the event.

The event organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for updates.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which the event organizer is based, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
